Ongoing since 2016, the Hope Cabo Delgado project, implemented for five years by ADPP in partnership with the Ariel Glaser Foundation Against Pediatric AIDS and in coordination with the Ministry of Health (MISAU), through funds provided by the CDC, covered seven districts (Moeda and Muidumbe Chiure, Ancuabe and the city of Pemba), where it sought through various actions to reduce new HIV infections and the reintegration of absentee patients and others who had abandoned treatment.

In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 among its beneficiaries, the School Feeding Project, a project by ADPP Mozambique and Planet Aid, distributed hand-washing soap to about 3 thousand volunteers, mostly parents and guardians of the students who benefit from the project.

As part of its social responsibility and in solidarity with the victims of the severe tropical storm Filipo in the province of Inhambane and the armed conflicts in Cabo Delgado, ADPP delivered three and a half thousand kilos of various clothes in family packs to the Mozambican Women's Organisation (OMM) on 28 March.
